Tayah

BScKin

Tayah holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, where she specialized in Neuromechanical and Physiological Sciences. Her studies centred on the relationship between the nervous system and human movement by exploring how the brain and body communicate to produce, control, and adapt movement.

Prior to UBC, she played collegiate volleyball at Douglas College, where her love of sport and curiosity about how the body works first started to take shape academically.

Outside of her education, Tayah spends time personal training, coaching clients through functional fitness and learning a lot about how different people move and respond to physical challenge.

When she's not at the clinic, you'll find her snowboarding, getting out on the water slalom skiing, playing beach volleyball, or finding her next sport to try!
