Megan Zhu
MSc (PT), BKinesiology
Megan graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2019 and then proceeded to complete her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at University of Toronto in 2021. Upon graduating, Megan worked in Toronto in both neurological private practice and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
During this time, she worked with a variety of clinical populations including stroke, spinal cord injury, acquired brain injuries, MS and Parkinson’s Disease. In August 2024, Megan decided to move back to her home town of Vancouver to continue her passion of exploring the mountains of BC and neurological rehabilitation through working at Neuro-Ability.
Megan is passionate about expanding her skills to ensure she is providing quality treatment to assist individuals live a more active and independent life. She has completed post-graduate courses on the Bobath concept and completed the Canadian Physiotherapy Association Orthopaedic Division Level 1.
Outside of the clinic, she spends her time biking, hiking, climbing and keeping up with women’s sports.
